Dance I am was created to provide a platform for dance of all kinds, whether it is Ecstatic Dance, Trance Dance, Gratitude Dance, 5Rhythms, Nia, Spirit Dance, Authentic Movement or Conscious Movement.  The names and forms do not matter.  What does matter is that people connect and dance.  The Earth & Universe are rhythmic, music abounds everywhere if you are willing to listen.  Life itSelf is a dance.  We are here to remind everyone to live joyously, boundlessly, to listen, 
to move, to connect, to dance.
